Who We Are
About The Founder
After spending a summer studying international housing policy at the University of Amsterdam, Teresa Bowyer was inspired to launch Citrine Development and find “out of the box” solutions to the affordable housing crisis happening back in Austin and across the US.
To date, Teresa has led the development of more than 1,000 affordable and mixed-income units in rental and ownership communities across Texas using a variety of funding programs - including LIHTC, private activity bonds, CDBG-DR, and HOME.
